Lovely knit so far (almost finished section 2). The pattern is easy to understand and remember for each row. I definitely want to make one for myself, perhaps in a variegated yarn.

I knitted 12 rows of the edging instead of 18, as I was worried about running out of yarn. I think I would have had just about enough, but it doesn’t make too much difference to the finished shawl.

My hands are killing me from working on it too much without breaks, but I think it’ll be beautiful once it’s blocked.
