I made a Hampton cowl previously from a kit, and had bought a second kit at the same time. For the original cowl, it ended up being able to fit my neck very closely if wrapped twice. My fiance wanted one that he could comfortably wrap around his neck too. So I’m not actually following this pattern again (if you can call it a pattern, it’s mostly just a cast-on suggestion), but I like the nice neatness of assigning the work to a pattern.

For this one, I cast on 350 stitches.

This pattern is knit with 2 strands of silk held together and is one of my favorite yarns ever.
