My stitch gauge tends to be bigger than intended if I don’t size down, so I chose the 40” knowing I would make a sweater larger than 40”. The drape and fit ended up so perfect - the pattern is designed for 6” positive ease, and my bust is 38”. This pattern is perfect, I am so happy with the result.
