used approximately 134 grams of merino, 90 grams of zauberball: 224 grams total. all that is left is seaming up one side, and kitchenering across the two bottom edges (edit: done!). pattern sent to kh930 knitting machine with open source tools. pattern was sent as two repeats of each side of the scarf (see very last image here at the bottom for bitmap, and fourth image down for the scarf spread out before folding lengthwise and seaming), one side the opposite colors of the other. Tension 4.. (4 and two dots, almost 5). knit on the single bed as a standard two color fair isle, fully reversible.

knitting with the zauberball lace weight on the machine was rather painful as it tends to twist up and get caught and knot itself in the yarn feeders of the knitting machine. i had originally used the yarn for my citron, which i have since frogged. the colors look much better in fair isle with the cream to offset the olive sections.
