Collected together my odd balls of mostly DK to make a cushion for Couthie Cushion.

Using linen stitch instead of moss stitch.

The linen stitch section is measuring about 28cm square.

Ended up adding a striped back… Linen stitch was taking too long! Used a two row stripe. Mattress stitched the sides.

The two row stripe and the multi coloured linen stitch is quite… Colourful…

decided to pick up the cast on edge and do more two row stripes for a flap that would button at back.

Used a circular needle to create an I cord bind off. Along the flap, down the sides, along the back and up the side again.

Added button holes into the I cord.

Bought a 35cm x 35cm cushion insert. Hopefully it will fit and make a plump cushion!
