This is a sample for Junction Fiber Mill. It is a simple but very effective little shawl. The softness of the yarn and the small size would make it perfect for cooler summer evenings.
I used slightly more than one skein of each color, but I don’t think I would want to go down in size (one could though).
The pattern is perfect for a beginner as it is in mostly garter stitch. It consists of two parts, with alternating stripes in different colors. In the end, yarn usage is very similar.
Making Tracks Lite is perfect for this shawlette as the long shifts in color are highlighted by the simple stripes. It is also a fast knit.
The photos with the yarn on the scales show the leftovers. The undyed skeins were probably more generous in weight as I did use a few grams.
