July 15: This sweater eats yarn. But I’m roughly 7 inches in now.

July 5: I swatched. I never swatch, but measurement is probably more important for sweaters than mittens. So fine. I knit the stupid swatch. Size 5 and 6 needles look to be about perfect. I’ve cast on for the medium size-- 256 stitches take FOREVER to count.
