Knit using the same instructions as my #6 mittens, on my 3 mm square dpns (equivalent to 2.75mm round).

• Did 7 rounds before palm shaping on left mitt, 6 rounds on the right.

• Did mirrored top shaping (k2tog, k12 across each needle on left mitt, k12, ssk on right mitt), every second round until 16 sts remained, then every round until 8 sts remained.

Broke one of my square wooden needles on this project but using a 2.75 mm metal round dpn to replace it worked ok.
