This was my first finished Cardigan Ponytail Hat, the one I made while working out the pattern. It came out a little smaller than later hats, possibly because my tension was just a bit tighter until I became more comfortable with the pattern.

I wore it for a while before it was felted, until I decided the fabric needed a bit more strength. The hat was way too light and the buttons were pulling, but a little felting did the trick!
