Notes

I loved this pattern. It knit up very quick and working with stripes is very addicting. You keep racing to get to the next color change.
I knit these on my 3mm wood circs using magic loop.
They used a total of 72 yards of the red shade and 59 yards of the natural shade.

I made two modifications to my original pattern.

  • I chose not to knit a ribbed cuff. I like the way the stockinette rolls up creating its own edging.
  • I added an extra repeat of the “two round stripes” for a total of 2 repeats. This increased the length of the finger area by four rows.

These could easily be modified to include a thumb or make them into full on gloves.

I would definitely knit these again.
