Used two strands together.
Casted on 66 stitches
Kfb on each side of magic loop . Therefore 4 per round.
Increased until 53 stitches on each side.
For instep: I left 10 inches instead of 9 inches and continued until there were a total of 53 stitches left in total.
For cuff, I did three rows of single rib and binded off in pattern
