Notes

I made 2 bags with the same wool. The 2 bags vary in height due to the difference in construction. The smaller bag was knit completely on Magic Loop-no seams, no joining required. The taller bag was knit with the Magic Loop on the bag section and straight needles on the base. Then the base was sewn onto the bag. The pattern directions however work it as 2 flat pieces requiring all seams to be sewn.
I felted it only once and used the bags to carry my Nook or yarn projects. After a month or so I decided to felt again and shape them to simulate a lunch bag rather than a pouch. The side pleats looked great initially but after toting items the bags tend to round out.

Great pattern for my first felt project.
