Farm Animals Santa Hats
I noticed the fiber animals on the hutch on the stairs at mom's house right away, because I'm a knitter and crocheter now, and am looking into spinning, and learning about fiber and fiber farms.
Picture next to the hutch.
I even swatch for little hats for plush farm animals!
First hat done. At this scale, the decreases really stand out.
It's a little stiff :-D
That's better.
Two hats done!
I liked this guy. He was well made. He needed a hat, too.

These were my notes on the measurements and gauge info. I know how to make beanies now, so I just need a few data points for each.
Hat!
I did all this in secret, so mom would encounter it randomly, but she never had a reason to go upstairs :(
When mom's relatives visited for a few days, and we were going upstairs to show them the rooms up there, I ran ahead, and pointed the camera back down, hoping they'd see them, and they did! Mom said "Uh oh! What is this!?" They loved it :)
When does their album drop?
That little one has so much attitude.
