Nov 18/16: began figuring out the diamond chart last night. Looks like I’m off to the races.

Nov 22/16: c.o. last night in lieu of being able to work on the accursed Nightwing Sweater. (28 > 56 > 72)

Dec 2/16: took a 4-day hiatus on knitting while the CW/DC crossover aired (and Kara had the stomach flu/I had to clean/disinfect), but I should be able to resume this project tonight (or even this afternoon).

Dec 3/16: holy poop! This colourwork is flying! I started working on it this morning and have already turned the heel. It’s 8:16 pm as I type this, so it’s possible I’ll work on this project some more tonight.

Dec 5/16: managed to knit through one pattern repeat following the heel turn last night. I think I’ll do a cuffed hem for the top of the stocking.

Dec 6/16: I knitted about a half of a pattern repeat last night and have uploaded a pic of my progress so far.

Dec 7/16: began the cuff last night. After two chart repeats following the heel, I began knitting in white in st st. At row 21, I worked a double YO flanked by appropriately-slanting decreases at the centre back. The intent is to work for another 20 rows and graft the live sts back to the first row of white, encasing an i-cord hanging loop. That should make the cuff a reverse st st one.

Dec 9/16: finished working the stocking last night and think I’ve got all of the two-tone i-cord I’m going to need. Just need to block! Update: blocked! Will need to shoot and post photos tomorrow!

Dec 13/16: well, it’s not “tomorrow”, but the FO pic is up!
