8/26/10: seamed and sewed buttons on today! it looks super cute, but isn’t as flattering on me as i’d hoped. ah well. i’ll upload a picture soon. if i were to do this again, i’d make the bottom portion (before the ribbing) longer, and i’d add 2 or 3 more buttons. the most flattering versions seem to button to right below the bust. mine kind of looks like i’m exploding out of it.

also, i find the armholes really snug-- and i didn’t sew them tight or anything. if you’re knitting this, make sure to bind off extra super loose!

also also, i bought 8 skeins of this yarn for some ridiculous reason. and only used 3.5… i guess i have to find another sweater to knit!

8/22/10: got super bored and demoted this to a subway knitting project. just finished the second sleeve and blocked today.

6/20/10: after a one-week or so hiatus, the body is done. i knit it in one piece, bottom up. it fits perfectly! now for sleeves……..

6/9/10: ordered this yarn a few weeks ago… took webs a long time to get it back in stock and send it (but that’s a gripe for another time). love the yarn, love the pattern… hope to finish real soon!
