A special request for a very warm hat from my mum for her birthday - and she wanted it to be ‘like one of those hats you’ve been knitting a lot’ so that meant a Musselburgh hat

• my first DK one and it’s great - very warm and quite a quick knit!
• I used yarn leftover from my Falka sweater - super soft and a sort of blue/black shade which I really love
• I think I might add some length next time, it would be nice to be able to have slouch and a foldback brim - but maybe that’s greedy?
