K needle one, then turn and work heal over 32s until 18 slipped stitches, then begin heal turn from the wrong side over 11-10-11. Pick up 19+1.
From the backward pickup of the heal, knit 65 rounds, then do toe.

First sock took almost a year, second sock took two days :)
