Read many rav. comments & lots of knitters love this pattern. I love the look of it for variegated yarn but haven’t enjoyed knitting it because the written pattern didn’t work well for me.
I didn’t care for the holes at the turns, so I am wrapping & turning.
I wrote out my version, every row, of the pattern.
This is the first time I’ve done this in order to knit something.
Photo 2 shows the first finished square. Don’t know if the dishcloth will turn out because of the changes I made.
I CO with too big of a hook in the provisional CO, so hope that will work with garter grafting.
Done. Grafting went just fine.
Will CO fewer stitches next time as I prefer smaller dishcloths.
