Right. so this is the thing.
There will be 9 sets of dropped stitches
- 20 rows ribbing - super loose
- 8 rows to prep for future dropped stitches tighten a good bit every 2nd row so it’s a decent tension
- 16 rows then drop 5 to 3
- 16 rows then drop 4 to 4
- 16 rows then drop 3 to 5
- 16 rows then drop 2 to 6
Somewhere in there I wanna do the heel
maybe after 6.
so I like the progression I did for the black pair. Since I like STHs I need to think about where the dropped stitches are placed. Maybe at the heel I’ll go 1 drop to 7 plain. Yeah.
OK then, 1/3 of 72 is 24, that’s space for 3 or 4 drops depending on how I do it.
This is already WAAAAy to complicated but I will persist!
I need to stare at my cylinder.
OK, I have a hem, now what?
ETA: interesting experiment in what not to do.
