1. heel turn done - used shadow wraps from Super Sock Calculator
2. gusset decreases started / heel flap started
3. heel flap / gusset decreases finished

discovered a mistake made on the eye of partridge before the heel turn. Did slip stitches on every row instead the just the knit rows. Not going to match them on the second sock

Going to notice the mistake when i wear for just a few minutes, but won’t be enough to drive me crazy. The sort of mistake you can ignore after a few mins

• 5 rows ribbing - AFTER transitional rib row

Realized I was knitting pattern on all 4 needles. Frogging it back instead of tinking - only 17 rows into the pattern - I’m going to try and see if I can get it back on the needles and tink the final row back - fingers crossed it works

I didn’t have to frog it all the way back. managed to get the stitches on the needles and only had to do one increase row - ready to do the foot patterning - only on TWO needles this time

Realized that while I was so busy making sure I didn’t repeat the lace pattern mistake for a third time, I made a mistake in the foot pattern. I should’ve done the first 10 rows once; I was repeating the 10 rows; frogged / tinked back to end of toe and will start YET again!!
