This is a smashing pattern from Marie Castro. I bought the pattern on Etsy but she has a website called Tchibi.

I made size small with Debbie bliss Piper Yarn in Various colours.

Chained 120 and started every row with a standing double crochet.

Made an extra row of DC before armhole and made 14 chains under each arm.

When I changed to V Stitch for body I only skipped 2 instead of 3 once under each arm to make the count correct for V stitches..

I made extra rows in the body length as I’m a bit old to be wearing cropped tops.

Really enjoyed making this and the yarn is beautiful to work with and has a lovely feel.
