Notes

I needed to make a hat for me, the weather is pretty cold and I get to spend many hours outdoors working or for chores. I also wanted it to match the scarves I have already. So, when I saw this chunky yarn I loved the blue-greenish colorway and I knew I had to get it. The pattern is pretty simple, a combination of sc, fpdc and bpdc and it allows the freedom to make it as big as you want. I don’t have an 8.0mm hook, so I did it with a 7.00mm and it worked out perfectly. The yarn is very nice and soft.
The result is very warm and soft. When I finished the hat, I knew I had to try it on with my scarves, the This Way Up and my Ribbed scarf, both by my best friend Luz-de-Luna (who I can never thank enough for the scarves). And I think they totally match, :)
