Seed Stitch Bind Off

Handle set up (seed stitch)
Bind off 28 (as above), knit 23 stitches in seed stitch and leave on cable, bind off 27, knit 23 stitches in seed stitch.
Work back and forth in rows on last 23 stitches, decreasing 1 stitch at both ends of every RS row until you have 15 stitches. Continue in seed stitch on these 15 stitches to desired length then:
RS row: P1, K or P 2tog, continue in pattern to end of row.
WS row: seed stitch to end
Repeat these 2 rows until 1 stitch remains.
Slide other 23 stitches onto needles and repeat above.

Note: I worked the above over 101 stitches. I would rather that extra stitch for the opening - no one is going to notice!
The first and last stitch on the handle rows (over 15 stitches) was a purl stitch, both RS and WS rows.

I used the needle sizes for base (4mm), body (5.5mm), top (4mm) and handle (3mm).
