November 14 - may never be able to photograph this well enough to get the colours just perferct. But I love love love this yarn. And my Ash needs a cowl to keep her warm. This will match her coat and hopefully help her enjoy this winter!

Nov 15/15 - followed HeatherF14’s notes and slipped first stitch purlwise and knit every last stitch to get clean edge. (aslo 2nd time around, first edge was a mess and had to be frogged!)

Cast on 25 stitches on size 9 needles. K12 rows st. st, 19 rows, 19 rows, 19 rows in pattern, then 10 rows st st and joined w Kitchener st. My first successful one! and had exactly 29.5 inches of yarn left at the end!

width is 9.5 inches. Forgot to measure length before joining. Will be a snug, cozy fit!
