The November is finally over.

Recently, knit two caps with the same pattern:
cap_06 whirligigs & cap_08 Fair Isle ultra-light. Half-way through the latter, an idea came to me mind: the pattern might look more balanced if some Fair Isle effect were introduced into the background, as well. So, between the pink bands (yarn sequence ABCBA, where A is the lightest and C the darkest), there are four-row-wide ones of slightly lighter grey (yarn sequence DEED, where E is lighter than D; all yarns to be seen in a photo).

I recon that’s a fair share of Fair Isle for me life-time. ;) I definitely appreciate more freedom.
