For a pattern only available by purchase, this one is decidedly lacking in good, solid, complete instructions. The type of increase should be noted throughout (not just ‘increase one stitch’). I’m very disappointed in the quality of the pattern instructions but am hoping that the finished product will be pleasing.

Used k1f&b for increases on the cape body which gives it a raglan look which I like.

The yarn is softer than I anticipated. The white highlights throughout are sometimes quite large, as shown in the photo.

The edges were a bit too ruffly for me so I blocked them and like it much more now. Not obvious on the picture included with the pattern, but there is a little slit pocket in the front to pull the sides together which I tried to show in the second photo.

The only change I would make if I were to make this again would be to make it a few inches shorter length-wise. Unless I pull the ends thru farther than they are meant to be pulled, the capelet is always sliding way off of my shoulders in a quite annoying way!
