Using mainly the stylecraft pack recipe one, but chose cardinal instead of parchment.
I have included a picture of two forget-me-not motifs. The first was done before using the youtube video, the second has benefitted from the tutorial. Great addition for us beginner crocheters.
Love how this looks the more the project progresses. I also feel I am learning a lot.

I chose the red background for the main block to suit my room. Over the course of the project I have come to appreciate Jane Crowfoot’s colour choices and I have also looked in to May Morris’s work. if I were to do this again, I think I might stick with the original colours.
I might also try the new edition due to be released in September.
