Empress Sisi took part at the exhibition
DAS HAUS in Cologne. The former resident was an admirer of Romy Schneider. The walls and even the ceilings were covered with Romy Schneider pictures and posters. (which is shown on the big monitor) In Germany Romy Schneider was best known for her role as empress Sisi (the movie is shown on the smaller monitor) who almost became a synonym for Romy Schneider. Romy herself hated her Sissi image and was strugling all her life to get rid of it.
The psychedelic seventies curtains were originally in the flat. I used them as my background for the altar to underline the sentimental retro look.
