Notes

This Tweed color is a little hard to see the stitches, but I think it will come out wonderful.

starts at 10 & ends with 60. Foot is 10 inches long & 8in for the leg

Using my Hiya-Hiya 9-inch circulars to make this. I hope. Used my US2 32-inch to start the toe & get to the ribbing, then moved the stitches to the 9-inch.

September 29, 2012:
The 9-inch needles take some getting used to. I don’t know if I will use them again for ribbing, but on stockinette they are wonderful. But then I am having to do half the sock in 3x1 ribbing with the sole plain stockinette stitch. You do have to get into a rhythm with the needles. Once you hit that, they are easy to manage.

November 6, 2012:
Finished with the first sock except for the heel. I am a little afraid that I am going to run out of yarn, so I am going to finish the second sock & then do the heels. If I run out of yarn then I will use my Doe colorway that is fingering.
