I know this is not the standard type of yarn used for lace shawls. I enjoy the look of the crochet thread in lace.

I do not need to be starting something else, but I need the lace work break. Plus, I am going on a girl’s vacation & since I will be with my mom for whom one of my ongoing projects is for & she doesn’t know the colors I can’t take it with me. I prefer to take two projects with me on vacation so I will take socks & this lace shawl.
