VERY EASY and enjoyable knit with a great result.
The yarn is a pleasure to work with (if a bit splitty).
The hat didn’t take 8 days to knit, I had a vacation in between and my “spare” yarn to finish it was at home :)

Modified to knit this in a worsted weight yarn; Pattern calls for DK. Ran short of yarn for the crown decreases so I had to cinch the top for a gathered closure.

The yarn is very squishy and stretchy which came in handy for this close fit.
