Gauge on #6. Awesome! Would like to have this done by Jan. 1st. Top down. No seams, should be manageable if I stay focused.

4/29 seperated off the sleeves. Will now be distracted by Mad May.
5/30 Mad May projects done. Knit one inch past arm separation last night. Need to try on again.

Used this for the hem. Tried many including the Tubular 2x2 bind off which is pretty but made my head spin. Couldn’t follow it.
1/20/17: goal is to finish this by the end of the month. Just bound off the first sleeve tonight.
2/26/17: Done. No reason that should have taken so long. Knit quickly. Ribbon sewn to the button band. Had a hard time finding buttons.
Thoughts: not in love with a typical raglan on my shape. Will start to look for modified raglans, etc. Chest 40” at separation for sleeves. My Full bust is 41.“ Finished chest is 40#. There is way too much fabric under the armhole. My Upper Torso is 40#. I think non raglans with bust darts are needed, for me, for more fitted styles.
Loathe the button band. Will never make a knit as you go BB in stockinette it rolls and pulls and does not have enough structure to support the buttons once buttoned. I crocheted along the legs on the backside skipping EO stitch and using each stitch along the buttonholes. Sorta helped. Ribboned the button side and I love that treatment. Would have been even worse without the ribbon.
Yarn. Heavy. Pretty. Love it. Warm. Great stitch definition. Did not alternate (and got away with it).
Pattern: Her instructions for increases and correlation to row numbers were confusing and non-intuitive. Contacted Amanda and she so kindly responded with tips. I still had to write out rows and use a chart keeper which annoyed the heck out of me.
