Skipped the Allover Lace Pattern and used only the Vertical Lace Pattern for the whole garment.

Knit the body in one piece, so no side seams, and used the 3-needle bind-off at the shoulders.

Made a buttonless band:
Pick up 306 stitches (87 + 47 + 39 + 47 + 86)
Knit in stockinette 7 rows.
On RS row K2tog, yo to end.
Knit in stockinette 7 rows.
Bind off, then fold band to inside along yo row and sew down along the pickup ridge.
