Swatched in the round with 24 rows charted pattern. Too tight on 6US. Will change neckline as floats visible. yuck.

Start-Oct 16, 2018

US 4 : Co 72. Join and Purl. Purl 2 rounds. Makes inverted neckline so you will not see the floats. Very nice.

Yolk: use US 7. As knitting too tight. Much better on 7.

Split for sleeves. Use German short rows.
Change to size 5 for 2 rounds. Realized too tight so switched to US 6 Main Body. Much better.

To waist shape or not to waist shape. Very unsure.

Waist shaping started 10-23-18
10-25-18: waist shaping done. Tried on and Too tight!! Might block tomorrow morning and see. If not will rip back and not do shaping.
10-26-18: convinced will be ok with blocking so just continue pattern.
10-31-18 ribbing started. ( Stay on US 6 )
11-01-18: cast off.
Block before sleeves. Fits me but snug. Testing how much give after blocked.

After a good soak, blocking did the trick. About 1-2” Positive ease.

Nov. 3 CO sleeve #1
Do not change needle size for ribbing.

Nov 5: Block sweater - sleeves

Over all, a nice pattern and I am happy with using Lettlopi. It softened up after blocking, but I will definitely need a blouse underneath.

Next time: Make 1 size larger or size D.
