I looked at a LOT of these kinds of combos but I wasn’t happy with any single pattern so I decided to make up my own. Then I found I didn’t have enough yarn so I waited since I didn’t have it in my budget to buy more. THEN they discontinued the color .. It was already in clearance but I wasn’t sure at the time if I’d like it. =(

I will finish it when I find a yarn, similar in weight & feel (mohair), that will combine with the flecking.

Dec 28, 2012 Ended up finishing it for my daughter-in-law’s niece, who’s 7, as a Christmas present. I added a button I covered in crochet so that one end could be wrapped all the way around. It looked so pretty. I hope my DIL took pictures.
