Found some yarn and casted-on.
16.5 sts x 30 rws in 4”

9/15/2012 - Changed my mind - this cotton is a little too stiff for a kid.
Got some CottonFleece yarn.
Love the feel much better better.

10/05/2012 - Finished! Just need to block it and attach snap tape.
Stay tuned!

Well, no snaps. I added zipper and concealed it under a gross-grain ribbon, on the wrong side.
