I’m doing the sleeves and neck on size 9 needles so that the neck won’t be quite so off-the-shoulder. For the neck, I picked up 112 sts and decreased the extras on the first round so there wouldn’t be any holes and I bound off the neck with size 10 needles. Because of the way the neck ribbing is a little bit tighter, I stopped the ribbing for the neck and sleeves at 3” and bound off.
