3.09 - My second bootie is coming out so much better than the first. I’ll have to see how it blocks out, but I may need to make a third and give Pork Chop an orphan bootie to pla with. I don’t generally like to sew seams, but this bootie would be a pain to make in the round (too much purling).

3.11 - Yup. So the second bootie came out so much better-looking than the first that it wasn’t possible to give them away as a set. I’m now making a third one, which I hope won’t be orders of magnitude better than the second bootie :)

3.14 - Update to my update. Blocking is magic. I now have a pair of booties that look pretty darn close to identical. Once they’re completely dry, I’m going to do the blanket stitch part and then banish them from my life.
