I can’t believe I haven’t knitted one of these for Penny already!

I gave Penny a few yarn choices for a Hoodlum for her and she selected this yarn, even though I hoped she’d pick something else. I think I’ll be playing yardage chicken to knit a long sleeved hoodlum with a hood!

After knitting the body, 127gms of the rainbow colourway remain

17/6 - hood to go. 52 gms of mc and 72 of black remaining…what to do? Knitted the hood without the increases and inserted a black stripe every 9th and 10th row of the hood. Made it, just! After concentrating so hard on the length of the hood and the amount of yarn left, I completely forgot the hood shaping decreases. Ooops! So that’s why the hood is quite pixie pointed!
