Very time consuming
Thought I would finish this project rather quickly
WRONG…!!!!
Lots of sewing, which is not one of my favourite things to do.

BUT
Used lots and lots of stash, and it is going to be very useful as it is sooooooooo thick a really hot heavy pot will never scorch the table.

The pattern in the book is totally confusing. The diagram does not match the photo, so I just looked at the photo and went from there.

UPDATE.
This has been sitting on our dining room table, and we use it every day.
I LOVE IT….and it was worth all that sewing.
