Handspun haunui for the shawl body which is beautifully soft. Border is in pure silk & was salvaged (as an intact border) from an unsuccessful shawl from years ago. Trying to reverse engineer this, by picking up stitches from the border and do short rows, bottom up, to achieve a crescent shape. Helped by an Anniken Allis tutorial for shawl design in this respect.
