I knitted the stars in a larger needle (3.75mm) and it made the stars at the same tension as the main jacket (so the edge wasn’t ‘frilly’). I ran out of the main colour so used 2 shades of grey instead.

Henry was premature, so he fitted into the jacket and matching hat when 6 weeks old.
