This pattern in the original colours reminds me indeed of coral, but this yellow and green reminds me of bladderwrack. Organic, anyway.

I just made 2 trial hexagon with a bit of leftover yarn to try the pattern before deciding what to make with it.
The background color was somewhat thinner than the yellow, so that makes a difference.

I also made one with the backgroundcolor as the main color and the light color background. Maybe those two together would be nice.
I sewed them together and filled them with old clothes that I had cut in strips. It is a very nice, heavy little cushion.

The hexagon is very thick because basically you crochet double, so if making a blanket, it will be a very thick blanket.
