Totally copied teresat2t’s wine and roses version. I found beads that matched the third color (Boysenberry) and used them on all the picot edges. When doing the picots, I added the bead to the second cast on stitch. I did this throughout the shawl and for the bind off.

I almost ran out of yarn for the second color (HRH Princess Purple.) In fact, I’m still now sure how I had enough. I kept weighing it after every row and by my calculations I should have run out. But I definitely had enough for say 20 more stitches at least. ;-)

As always, I used Socktopus’ BRILLIANT Shadow Wrap Method for the short rows. I will never, ever, never use another short row method again. Use it, learn it, love it. TRUST ME ON THIS. It is pure genius. (AND EASY!)
