Lining in double-strand Apple Green shade.
Main body (shell) in single-strand Dark Burgundy shade.

Design features Garter St. edged double-ruffle at top with drawstring closure. Lining ruffle and stockinette stitch panels embellished with French knot (multi-colored polka dots). Vine and leaf motif taken from top rim of teapot, either embroidered or knitted in Katia yarn, applied to top rim of cozy.

Butterfly applique applied to perch on top/spout end.

Victoriana pattern (my design) on shell only; lining is composed of Stockinette St. on ruffle & ribbing on body.

All Encore yarns throughout (shell & lining) except for embroidery/embellishments.
