I was so excited to knit this! I took a (much too) long hiatus from knitting while I studied for a big important exam (I get too excited when I’m working on something and just want to knit all the time, so I had to cut myself off). Luckily I passed that exam, so it’s back to knitting for me!

This is a belated birthday present for my mom. It was my first time knitting leaves - so clever! The pattern was pretty easy to remember after knitting a few leaves, which made it good tv knitting.

Very nice yarn. Unfortunately I finished the second skein with just 5 leaves to go so had to dip into the third. :P

Blocking made a huuuuge difference here. The stockinette was curling and the leaves were all crumpled, but everything smoothed out nicely with blocking. See last pic for unblocked photo.
