Notes

These were woven a Louet David 8 shaft loom, using only 4 of the shafts (my dream loom).

I used a natural color warp: 19.5” wide x 4.5 yard long - made 4 towels, plus bout 12” left at the end for sampling.

Threaded 312 ends on 4 shafts = 78 per shaft.
16 epi: 12 dent reed threaded 1, 1, 2 repeat (plus 2 floating selvedge threads on each side).

Colors and patterns are treadled spontaneously so each one is unique.

Hems woven with Bockens Cotton 30/2

Finishing notes: Towels measure 17.5” x 30” off of the loom with sewn hems.
Towel size after machine wash dry: 16 1/2” x 28”
