Adjusted pattern to ~75% of original pattern

• US 4 for smaller needles and US 5 for larger needles
• Cast on 108 instead of 144 sts using Tillybuddy’s Very Stretchy CO.
• Ribbing: 14 rows instead of 16.
• 5 repeats of cable pattern instead of 7.
• Circumference: 11” (stretches to 19”)
• Brim to crown: 6.75”
