Notes

Modifications for first dog (red one)

Head: moved decreases to make them more symmetrical and less obvious on the face.

Ears: started with jmco.

Muzzle: cast off using the miraculous stretchy bind off. Found it very hard to sew on before head was stuffed, so waited and did afterwards, much easier.

Modifications for second dog (purple one)

Same as above plus the following.

Arms and legs: worked arms and legs directly onto the body (like in her wee bonnie mouse pattern). As a result, I had to add some short rows on the front of the body to make it look okay, so the body ended up a bit bigger which was okay but would probably adjust next time to make it a little smaller, since the littler one is so cute.

Tail: wasn’t wild about the tail last time so just did a 6 stitch icord on this one, liked it better.

Neck: I added a piece of rolled felt wrapped in yarn (see Steffi Hochfellner’s pattern -
https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/erich-the-goat--...
to help stabilize the neck a little, seemed to work well.

Eyes: I put the eyes on too tight this time and it made the felt stand up some so I need to glue it down a little, will try to be more careful on that next time.
