Using Crystal Blue-Lined Metal Czech beads, size 6 (4mm). They look like shimmery rain droplets on the green/blue yarn - perfect colors for a springtime project :-)

Notes: I used Superfloss to do the beads. Also, for the picot bind off row: instead of keeping the to-be-beaded stitch on the right needle as directed, I slipped it temporarily to the left needle to aid in the ease of adding the bead, after which I slid it back to the right needle. I bought 3 20-gm tubes of beads and used just under 2 tubes, and that includes the several imperfect ones I threw away. So, if you buy Czech beads, you only need 40 gm. I had a small amount of yarn left, though not so little to have been of concern while finishing this project.
